Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or special-order items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
