Cancellation Before Processing

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or prepared for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Cancellation After Processing

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return after delivery in line with our Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept your order at the point of delivery:

  • Shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund

  • Additional charges may apply

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–10 business days

Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your order (such as changing the delivery address or product), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
